Marketing and Communications Manager, Real Estate Investments and Development
As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will work with teammates, cross-functional partners, vendors, and internal clients across multiple time zones. You will influence across all levels, take feedback, and incorporate it quickly. Additionally, you will contribute to projects outside of your core role to help advance the team’s goals.

The Real Estate Investment and Development team is focused on creating inspiring places that enable Google, our employees and communities to thrive. Through thoughtful collaborations and transformational investments, we’re on the front lines of facilitating the next wave of Google’s ground-up developments that embody our culture and inspire a new way of developing places. As an in-house development group, our team’s diversified real estate expertise spans asset and portfolio management, transactions, urban planning and design, entitlements, construction management and district infrastructure.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
-7 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, internal communications, executive, public relations, or a related field (e.g., in journalism, government, political, or nonprofit settings).
-Experience working across functions in a large organization, with excellent customer service, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills.
-Experience developing and deploying global or regional marketing communications strategies related to real estate developments.
-Ability to work well as part of a team in ambiguous, rapidly-changing environments, maintaining good judgment and escalating issues appropriately.
-Ability to direct diverse teams of internal and external consultants and stakeholders with excellent strategic and leadership skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
