We are seeking a senior manager of public relations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing public relations plans and tactics that drive brand awareness, reputation and consideration primarily via earned and paid media. In this role, you will manage our partnership with our PR Agency to develop public relations strategies and external communications tactics targeted to our various constituents, clients, partners and the press. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, business, economics or a related field
4+ years of experience in a Public Relations and/or Communications role
Experience with technology-related PR support is required
Strong writing skills and proven content creation capabilities
5+ years of experience in a Public Relations and/or Communications role; preferably with a PR agency in an Earned Media role
Nice for you to have
Experience with Financial Services and/or FinTech
A working knowledge of social media platforms
You will definitely possess these technical skills – Require excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

What are your performance objectives
Planning: Partner with internal and external teams to plan and implement PR strategies and tactics that provide support for our thought leadership, existing product promotion, and new product introductions. Need to consistently collaborate and brainstorm with those teams for new ideas and approaches.
Partnership: Manage PR agency team and facilitate all projects, deliverables and key timelines.
Content Development: Develop and produce high-quality, informative, and interesting press releases, media briefings, blog content and related materials. Manage the internal content generation processes that inform these online and offline media efforts as well as internal communications and presentations.
Facilitation: Manage press conferences, speaking engagements, and event media support.
Tracking & Reporting: Analyze media coverage and develop responses when needed. Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual media activity reports.
Administration: Create and manage PR budgets and schedules. Keep calendars of PR events and activities well organized.
Social Media: Develop relationships with industry leaders through social media. Skills permitting, oversee some of the content for our social media platforms.
